Boesen & Snow Law Welcomes M&A and Litigation Attorney Franci Fealk

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., August 28, 2026.

Boesen & Snow Law, a law firm focused on pharmacy, pharmaceutical, and healthcare regulatory matters, today announced that Franci Fealk, J.D., has joined the firm as an attorney. Fealk was admitted to the bar in 2007 and brings legal experience combining commercial litigation and mergers and acquisitions. Her current role focuses on representing both buyers and sellers in business transactions, work she pairs with litigation experience handling disputes that arise when a deal falls apart.

Before focusing on mergers and acquisitions, Fealk spent more than eight years as a commercial litigator in Arizona, where she handled a wide variety of commercial litigation, including breach of contract, employment, and insurance matters. She went on to spend over eight and a half years in Indianapolis handling M&A work; she has not only shepherded numerous deals from the start through to closing, but she has also seen firsthand in litigation what it looks like when one falls apart.

Fealk began her legal career clerking on the Arizona Court of Appeals. She earned her J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. She works with businesses of all sizes, from single-location companies to national organizations, covering a wide range of legal matters. Her practice today, however, focuses on guiding buyers and sellers through the full lifecycle of a deal, including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, and closing, and she works alongside the firm’s pharmacy and healthcare regulatory attorneys when a transaction involves a healthcare business, pairing her deal experience with the firm’s regulatory depth.
