Franci Fealk is an attorney at Boesen & Snow Law with more than nineteen years of legal experience representing clients in business transactions, complex commercial matters, including litigation, and dispute resolution. She regularly counsels clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Franci works with businesses of all sizes, ranging from local and regional companies to national organizations, providing practical guidance tailored to each client’s goals and long-term. She began her legal career clerking for Judge Patricia Orozco on the Arizona Court of Appeals, and her practice has involved advising clients through a broad range of legal challenges and strategic business decisions, drawing on experience gained in both boutique and national law firm settings. Prior to joining the firm, Franci spent over eight years at a national law firm in Arizona as a commercial litigator. She also spent over eight and a half years at a boutique firm in Indianapolis handling mergers and acquisitions for security alarm companies.

Originally based in Arizona, where she spent years building her legal career, Franci relocated to the Midwest in 2016, and now practices from Boesen & Snow Law’s Indiana office. Franci is married, and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, and going to concerts.
