Ethan Minkin is a partner at Boesen & Snow Law and has several decades of healthcare and litigation experience. Ethan was an associate and partner at AmLaw 100 and 200 firms. He also has in-house experience with a national Medicaid HMO, an allograft company, and a Fortune 20 financial institution. Ethan also served as outside general counsel to a multistate Medicare Advantage company.

Ethan has been involved in many types of litigation across the U.S., and he has acted as lead litigation counsel in almost all of his 30+ trials. Ethan has represented providers and healthcare entities in litigation, including a highly contested peer review hearing, an Accountable Care Organization for commercial litigation, and an international drug manufacturer who was sued by an investor. He has also represented physicians in front of the Arizona Medical Board.

Ethan has also litigated complex commercial matters, insolvency matters, water law rights, intellectual property claims, and other areas of the law. He started his career focusing on mergers and acquisitions, finance, and structured finance. That background has helped immensely in litigation.

Ethan was born in Baltimore but has lived in the Phoenix area for almost three decades. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children, friends, and dogs.
