Courtney Sullivan is an Associate Attorney at Boesen & Snow, LLC. Courtney finds great enjoyment in helping healthcare professionals and businesses achieve their compliance, business, and personal professional goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Courtney spent five years as a Deputy County Attorney with Maricopa County. There she represented the state and victims in a wide array of criminal matters. Prior to that, Courtney spent twenty years as an Adult Probation Officer with Maricopa County. It was during this time that she attended law school, earning her J.D. and bar license while still fully employed and serving the people of Arizona.

Courtney has experienced much in her more than 25 years of government service. One of the touchstones that she continues to value is that just because the government “can,” doesn’t mean the government “should” and is very proud to help people navigate the turbulence that results from government overreach.

Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, Courtney attended classes at the University of Oregon (“Go Ducks!”) while in high school. She moved to the Phoenix area after high school and graduated from Arizona State University. Although her degrees show her as a Sun Devil, don’t be fooled. She will bleed green and gold for as long as air flows through her lungs. She is an avid hiker and currently entering her runner era. She is married, and her husband and large dogs take up a good portion of her free time. Together, they all enjoy taking time to travel in northern Arizona and enjoy seasons often missed in the Valley of the Sun.
