Chris Pucillo serves as the Director of Pharmacy Operations at Boesen & Snow, where he provides strategic compliance, technical leadership, and regulatory operational knowledge to pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities. Chris is a seasoned executive and a licensed pharmacist in 21 states, with over two decades of experience within pharmacy and healthcare. He’s well-versed in pharmacy dispensing, non-sterile and sterile compounding, home infusion, specialty pharmacy, rare drug HUB management, and provider and pharmacy reimbursement. He also has extensive experience in compounding lab and cleanroom design, stability study authoring and review, P&L improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with State and Federal Pharmacy Laws.

Chris has successfully navigated a substantial number of regulatory inspections and requests and has the credentials and expertise to provide pharmacy consultation services across all 50 states. At Boesen & Snow, Chris leads compliance assessments and formulation-related risk evaluations, serves as a remote or on-site resource during regulatory inspections, and collaborates with operations, quality, formulation, and facility teams to align workflows, training, formulations and facility design with regulatory and business objectives at the forefront. Chris is highly skilled in Six Sigma and Lean principles and is a Board-Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist (BCSCP).

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Chris relocated to Arizona after pharmacy school and now resides there with his family. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys staying active, traveling, and keeping current with developments in healthcare and technology.
