Allyson Snow

Allyson Snow is a founding partner. Prior to become an attorney, her career was in healthcare sales and marketing. Allyson’s motivation in her law practice is to help her clients balance the challenges of compliance with vast healthcare regulations with finding creative solutions to operate sustainable healthcare businesses. Clients are offered the value of having an experienced health law attorney who has assisted in running the expansion and day to day operation of a large healthcare business.
Prior to founding the firm, she ran a large volume Social Security Disability Practice representing hundreds of clients in administrative hearings. Additionally, she served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a large national mail-order pharmacy.
Among the professional accomplishments Allyson is most proud include her work in building a national network of pharmacies. Additionally, Allyson is proud of being a small business owner in a firm that she feels offers its clients a unique combination of health law expertise and the real-life business perspective based on the professional experiences of the firm founders.
Firm partner, Mark Boesen says of Allyson, “Allyson is one of those people with whom a person builds instant rapport. Allyson is a rare person that makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room when you ask for her attention. This is one of the reasons why she is an exceptional attorney, and embodies why attorneys are called counselors.”
Allyson was born and raised in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. She is a die-hard Phoenix Suns fan and is still living off the memory of the Suns sweeping the San Antonio Spurs in the 2010 Western Conference Semi-Finals. She is married with four children and her family enjoys hiking, riding bikes and playing board games. Allyson is an accomplished tap dancer and enjoys the arts, playing the piano and reading historical fiction.
