Erica Decker

Firm Administrator

Erica is an accomplished firm administrator who is dedicated to supporting the growth of Boesen & Snow Law. She possesses exceptional problem-solving skills and has a comprehensive understanding of client and firm relations. Erica graduated from Brigham Young University with a double major in accounting and Russian, and received her Masters of Accountancy from Southern Utah University.

She began her career as an auditor at BDO, the nation’s 5th largest public accounting firm and then transitioned to working as a senior accountant for the Medical Review Institute of America (MRIoA), a nationally recognized independent medical review organization.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, instructing group fitness classes, and spending time outdoors.

Carole Barden

Senior Paralegal

Carole Barden is a senior paralegal at Boesen & Snow Law. Carole’s focus areas are national licensing projects for pharmacy, wholesale, and 3PLs, as well as legislative tracking of all pharmacy laws and regulations. Carole prides herself in her extensive experience with regulatory monitoring, legal research, and preparation of foreign qualifications and registrations. She is an invaluable resource of knowledge for Boesen & Snow’s clients as they navigate the intricacies of licensing their healthcare facilities.

Prior to joining Boesen & Snow, Carole spent over ten years as a healthcare paralegal at Quarles & Brady. She also worked in regulatory compliance for the Carpenter Law Firm.

Carole holds a B.A. of Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany and is a proud mom of two boys. She is a former fitness professional and has been to so many concerts she has lost count.

Gabrielle Pock

Office Manager

Gabrielle is a highly skilled and dedicated office manager with over 4 years of experience in the legal field. She has worked in personal injury and now works in healthcare law. She is known for her dependability, team player mentality, and managing high deadline projects. At Boesen & Snow, Gabrielle manages our legal assistants, assists in continuously developing our workflow, and provides administrative support.

Gabrielle is a mom to two boys, and in her free time she enjoys spending time outside with her family and her dogs.

Kyleigh Pries

Client Engagement Specialist

Kyleigh is a client engagement specialist with a passion for building strong, lasting relationships with clients. With her background in customer service and marketing, she excels at understanding client needs and managing a wide array of projects.

Kyleigh graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU with two degrees in Business Communication and Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to the movies, and spending time with her family.

Emily Ragsdale

Accounting Clerk

Emily is an accounting clerk with a naturally analytical personality, known for her ability to manage financial tasks with precision and attention to detail. Currently pursuing a degree in Political Science, she enjoys exploring new perspectives and sharpening her problem solving skills. Outside of work, she’s passionate about jiujitsu and finds peace in spending time with her two cats.

Marissa Ramirez

Legal Assistant

Marissa is a legal assistant with a strong background in customer service, known for her ability to streamline operations and provide efficient support. She holds a degree in Justice Studies from Grand Canyon University, which complements her detail-oriented and problem-solving approach. Marissa is passionate about helping teams achieve success while maintaining an organized and productive work environment. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family.

Beliza Bueno

Legal Assistant

Beliza is an accomplished legal assistant that has provided support in various fields, such as corporate law, commercial law, and personal injury. With over 4 years of experience in the legal field, she has developed essential skills in legal terminology, attention to detail, and electronic communications. Beliza holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic, where she learned the fundamentals of legal research, writing, and analysis. Her core competencies include problem-solving, teamwork, and a commitment to client-centered service. In her free time, Beliza enjoys traveling and running, and likes to combine both passions to get to experience the world.

Vanessa Fuller

Client Onboarding Specialist

Vanessa is a Client Onboarding Specialist with a passion for public service, client relations, and efficiency. Prior to her time at Boesen & Snow, she dedicated her talents to the organization of training for military and department professionals as well as international government agencies.

Vanessa graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business with a BA in Business Law and a minor in Justice Studies. She has also completed her master’s degree in International Affairs and Leadership from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at ASU.

She enjoys traveling, competing in local firearms competitions, and expanding her education through certificate programs.

Nicole Sierzputowski

Executive Assistant

Nicole is an Executive Assistant with extensive experience in operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. At Boesen & Snow, Nicole works with our executives to assist with task efficiency, while working to improve internal processes along the way. In previous roles, Nicole excelled at stakeholder communication and executive support. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, playing with her dog, and listening to podcasts and watching movies.
