Kaytie Ravega J.D., Partner

Kaytie Ravega is a partner of Boesen & Snow Law. Kaytie helps businesses remain compliant within their healthcare practices and provides unparalleled support to our pharmaceutical and telehealth clients. She helps her clients understand the ever-changing complexities of the regulatory landscape that pharmacies, both large and small, navigate daily.

Prior to joining Boesen & Snow, Kaytie spent six years as a Partner at Quarles & Brady, focusing on healthcare businesses, providers, and entrepreneurial innovators as well as their investors. Before this, she was an in-house attorney and chief compliance officer for a health care app and national pharmacy company. She also spent time as a Director of the Bartholomew County Board of Public health and as an associate with the Life Sciences division of Quarles & Brady. With more than 15 years of dedicated health law practice, Kaytie shows our clients a deep understanding of the regulatory structure that affects health care businesses daily.

Kaytie drafts and negotiates contracts, formulates, and implements innovative business strategies, and assesses current business models and trends to make sure her clients stay up to date. She also advises clients about credentialing and licensing requirements, assists providers and physicians with their telehealth licensure and counsels app developers, pharmacies, distributers, and others about data security requirements, anti-kickback laws, and HIPAA laws.
